I know how busy and many times overwhelmed you already are with your daily tasks, so I thought it would be helpful to share some of the Wellness Resources I personally use and find very helpful.  

I’ll add more resources as I learn more, but you’ll notice that in the future I will reference this page quite often. I recommend bookmarking it for your reference and convenience.


The Foundations of Well-being program run by neuropsychologist, Rick Hanson. The program aims to instill more happiness, self-worth, resilience, love, and peace into your brain and your life. It focuses on twelve pillars of well being, developing one pillar each month in the year ahead. 

Guided activities, video presentations and handouts will deepen your self-awareness and personal growth. I love the people Rick has included in his forums and guest interviews - many are my own favorite authors and teachers.
