For the Woman who is FINALLY finished with Dieting....

I wonder if you can relate to this story:
"I woke up in the morning thinking about what I’d have for dinner before my feet even hit the floor. My little voice scolded me for the cookies I’d had before I went to bed, so I decided to skip breakfast. Besides, whenever I ate breakfast it seemed like I was hungry all day. I didn’t have time anyway, so I had a couple cups of coffee instead.

All morning it seemed like everything irritated me and it was hard to stay focused. An hour before lunch, I needed a break. I came across doughnuts in the staff lounge and quickly ate one, then another. Back to work for another hour except that now I felt a little sick.

When friends asked me to join them for lunch, my little voice said, “You better, because you probably won’t have another chance to eat all afternoon.” There was a “meal deal” at the fast-food place. It’s hard to pass up a bargain, so for only 49 cents more, I upsized everything.

The fries were cold and limp, but I ate them anyway so they wouldn’t go to waste. I was stuffed by the time I was done and wished I hadn’t eaten so much. I embarrassed myself by nodding off during a meeting after lunch. I drank another cup of coffee to give me more energy and somehow got through the afternoon.

By the time I got home I was famished. I had to make dinner, but first I needed a quick snack. Three handfuls of chips later I started cooking, but it felt like a chore since I wasn’t hungry anymore. I ate dinner with my family anyway. It had been a rough day; when the kids were finally in bed, I sat down for my favorite TV show and some cookies.

Maybe tomorrow would be better.”

I bet !
